Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", or "You") and rts66 ("Platform", "we", or "us"). rts66 is an online gambling platform operating under recognised international licensing, providing online slots, live casino, sports betting, mix parlay and various other games to eligible players.

By registering an account, using our services, making a deposit, or accessing any part of the rts66 platform, you expressly and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any additional guidelines published from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please do not use the rts66 platform.

Account Eligibility and Registration

Use of the rts66 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements. rts66 reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time to verify compliance with these requirements.

• At least 21 years of age at the date of registration. A valid identity document such as a MyKad or passport may be requested for age verification purposes.
• Not a resident or citizen of any country that prohibits or restricts the use of online gambling services under its local laws.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not currently subject to an active self-exclusion programme, whether through rts66 or any other gambling platform.
• Registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any corporate entity or third party.

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Opening or using more than one account — whether using a different name, email address, mobile number or financial information — is strictly prohibited. Detection of multiple accounts will result in the closure of all such accounts and cancellation of all bonus balances and pending winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. rts66 reserves the right to require a Know Your Customer (KYC) process including submission of identity document copies, proof of address and payment method details before processing withdrawals.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the rts66 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an account verified as belonging to the registered user. rts66 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing for security review purposes, KYC compliance, or investigation of unusual account activity.

All deposits are final once credited to the account. rts66 is not responsible for any loss resulting from incorrect information provided by the user during a transaction, including wrong account numbers or cryptocurrency wallet addresses.

• Funds in an account do not earn interest or any fixed return.
• Account balances inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to an administration fee.
• Any attempt to defraud or manipulate the payment system will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• rts66 reserves the right to decline or suspend withdrawal requests that raise concerns related to money laundering or fraudulent activity.

Bonuses and Promotions

rts66 offers various types of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements and eligibility criteria set out. Accepting any bonus is considered agreement to the associated terms.

rts66 also offers a VIP programme with four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback rate — from up to 0.2% for Bronze members to up to 1.0% for Platinum members. Progression to a higher tier depends on betting activity and player loyalty on the platform.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Misuse of promotions, including the use of betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, is prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation.
• rts66 reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time with appropriate notice.
• Certain bonuses may only be used on specific games or categories as stated in the relevant promotion terms.

User Responsibilities and Conduct

Users of the rts66 platform are fully responsible for all activities carried out through their accounts. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action including account closure without notice:

• Using third-party software, automated bots, or any tool designed to exploit the rts66 gaming or payment system.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or games that directly involve other players.
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal activities or using this platform for money laundering purposes.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, the KYC process, or in any communication with the rts66 team.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other means to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving disrespectfully toward customer support staff or other users in any interactive area of the platform.

Platform Rights and Limitations

rts66 reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to take the following actions at any time without obligation to provide detailed reasons to the user:

• Suspend or close the account of any user suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, system abuse, or breach of terms.
• Delay withdrawal processing for a reasonable period for security review or regulatory compliance purposes.
• Decline or void any bet suspected of containing elements of manipulation or fraud.
• Modify or discontinue any game, promotion, or service with appropriate notice.
• Set wagering, deposit or withdrawal limits on specific accounts based on internal risk assessment.

All game results generated by the Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed. rts66 bears no responsibility for any loss or damage caused by technical disruptions, internet failures on the user's end, or circumstances beyond our control.

Responsible Gambling

rts66 takes problem gambling seriously and is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a way to earn income or resolve financial problems.

Responsible gambling tools available to rts66 users include setting daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits; session time limits; temporary cooling-off periods; and long-term self-exclusion. All such requests are handled by our team and can be activated through account settings or by contacting support directly.

Privacy and Personal Data Protection

Personal information collected is used for identity verification, financial transaction processing, account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. rts66 will not sell or disclose users' personal information to third parties except as permitted by law or with the user's consent.

Account Suspension and Closure

Users may close their rts66 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Before closure is processed, all pending withdrawals will be settled first in accordance with standard procedures.

rts66 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation or suspicion that the account is being used by an individual under the age of 21.
• Fraud, money laundering, or suspected criminal activity linked to the account.
• Accounts that have been inactive beyond the specified period with no transactions or game sessions.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or applicable regulatory bodies.

Once an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited. Valid real-money balances will be returned to the user via the original payment method once the investigation is complete.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, complaint, or concern relating to the rts66 platform must be submitted in writing to our customer support team within 14 calendar days from the date of the relevant incident. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered.

The rts66 dispute resolution procedure is as follows: the dispute is submitted via live chat or support email; our team will respond within a reasonable timeframe; the case will be reviewed and an initial decision communicated; the user may file an appeal if unsatisfied with the initial decision. The final decision of rts66 management is binding on both parties.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

rts66 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to users via a notice on the website or by email to the registered address.

Continued use of the rts66 platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms. The last updated date of this document is stated at the top of this page.
